All AI-generated video content, brand films, and creative materials produced by Cloudvast on behalf of clients are subject to separate written service agreements that govern ownership, licensing, and usage rights for those deliverables.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CLOUDVAST'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cloudvast LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Cloudvast LLC is registered, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cloudvast LLC concerning the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Site.
